  Observation of roadway, bridge, drainage, paving, water and wastewater facilities construction; materials/compaction testing; concrete/aggregate testing; computer documentation; building construction including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and architectural elements and clerk-of-the- works type project management services through GD&F subsidiary, Pathline Inc.   Mine, land, geodetic, cartographic, construction stakeout, hydrographic, photogrammetric, property, and engineering surveys via three (3) fully equipped survey crews.
