- Wastewater Collection and Treatment
Preliminary sewerage studies
and reports; stormwater and sanitary sewer system design; wastewater

- Water Supply, Treatment, and Distribution
Water storage dams
and reservoirs; treatment and filtration facility design; transmission,

- Water Resources Engineering
Urban and flood hydrology; flood

Identification,

recycling; landfills; incineration; composting; resource recovery
systems; residual biosolids land application; and solid waste transfer

Mineral evaluation
and development; surface and subsurface mining engineering; mine
drainage control and treatment; abandoned mine reclamation; plant
and property appraisal; surface water and groundwater hydrology;

- Construction Management and CPM Scheduling
CPM scheduling, monitoring,
and updating through GD&F's Pathline project management and
graphical scheduling system; project management and construction
monitoring of public works projects.
- Construction Monitoring
Observation of roadway, bridge, drainage,
paving, water and wastewater facilities construction; materials/compaction
testing; concrete/aggregate testing; computer documentation;
building construction including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical
and
architectural elements and clerk-of-the- works type project management
services through GD&F subsidiary, Pathline Inc. Project Management.
- Surveying
Mine, land, geodetic, cartographic, construction stakeout,
hydrographic, photogrammetric, property, and engineering surveys
via three (3) fully equipped survey crews.
- Laboratory Services
Limited in-house organic, inorganic, and
microbiological testing; treatability studies; pilot testing and
chemical coagulation testing.
