Gwin, Dobson & Foreman, Inc. provided construction inspection services on the SR 0219 highway improvement project near DuBois, PA, and performed supplementary construction inspection services for the PennDOT District 2-0 construction unit.
The project included construction of a three-span steel bridge, elevated bridge approaches, Pentz Run relocations, water/sewer relocations, storm sewer, subbase, bituminous roadway, traffic signalization and other roadway improvements.
GD&F provided construction and documentation services according to standard PennDOT procedures.
