The Brookville Industrial Park needed an improved road to accommodate new industrial development. For this project, Gwin, Dobson & Foreman provided topographic surveys, engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction consultation, and inspection services.
The project included the following:
- Design of 1,500-feet of new roadway in accordance with PennDOT standards.
- Ductile iron waterlines and PVC sanitary sewers.
- Stormwater inlets, endwalls and concrete culvert.
- Roadway signage and pavement markings.
- Erosion and sedimentation control, including a site stormwater detention pond sized for the 100-year storm.
