PennDOT District 9-0 and Richland Township utilized Gwin, Dobson & Foreman for construction services on a local roadway improvement project. Services included construction consultation and inspection of a $1.2 million widening project for Industrial Park Rd. and Donald Lane. The project included pavement widening, grade adjustments, pavement base drain, new inlets, underground drainage improvements, signs and pavement markings.
Specific tasks included maintaining project files, measuring payment quantities and performing project site activity reports, estimates, work authorizations and work orders in CDS Next Gen and ECMS. GD&F was responsible for project closeout which included: final estimate and work orders reconciliation, as-built drawings, contractor evaluations and record maintenance.
